The 369fish team then quickly preserves and processes the fish, cleaning it immediately upon arrival to ensure the best quality. The fish is then cut into smaller pieces (or processed as requested), vacuum-packed, and quickly frozen on-site to maintain quality, or delivered fresh with ice as requested, to customers in Ho Chi Minh City the following morning.
